MACBOOK JUNKIE’S TWO FINGERS ROTATE SETTING: ON
The Trackpad Two Fingers Rotate setting allows you rotate images by rotating your fingers on the trackpad. So far, it has worked in all of the image apps I have used. I’m not aware of any other uses for two fingers rotate but it seems like I might be missing something. If you know other ways to make use of Two Finger Rotate, please share your knowledge with us by commenting below.
You can see Apple’s video example of Two Fingers Rotate by hovering over the Two Fingers Rotate option in your Trackpad Preferences Pane.
TO ENABLE TWO FINGERS ROTATE:
1. Open the Trackpad Preferences pane.
2. Click the Two Fingers Rotate box so the checkmark appears.

TO DISABLE TWO FINGERS ROTATE:
1. Open the Trackpad Preferences pane.
2. Click the Two Fingers Roate box so the checkmark is removed.

Now that you have established your Two Fingers Rotate setting, you can decide if you want to turn on Two Fingers Pinch Open & Close or adjust any of these other trackpad settings:
- Tracking Speed
- Double-Click Speed
- Scrolling Speed
- One Finger Tap to Click
- One Finger Dragging
- One Finger Drag Lock
- One Finger Secondary Click
- Two Fingers Scroll
- Two Fingers Screen Zoom
- Two Fingers Secondary Tap
- Three Fingers Swipe/Three Fingers Dragging
- Four Fingers Swipe Up/Down for Expose
- Four Fingers Swipe Left/Right to Switch Applications
